Yarn over, pull up loop. Repeat that step 4 times. **You will have 4 loops on your hook.** Pull through all of the loops, chain one. **You will always chain 1 after each puff stitch.**
ROUND 1: Start by creating a magic loop. **If you need to learn how to make a magic loop, there are some really great demo videos on YouTube!** Chain 2, work 7 puff stitches into the magic loop. Connect the first puff stitch to the last puff stitch with a slip stitch. Once finished, synch the yarn to close the hole.
ROUND 2: **In this round you will be working in the spaces between the puff stitches from the previous round.** Chain 2, work 2 puff stitches into each space between the puff stitches from the previous round. (Total of 14 puff stitches in this round). Connect first puff stitch to the last puff stitch with a slip stitch.
ROUND 3: Single crochet for the entire round. Once you have reached the final stitch in this round, we will begin creating the handle.
Single crochet for 2 stitches, turn, chain one, single crochet for 2 stitches. Repeat until the handle is the same diameter of the scrubbie. Lay your handle flat against your scrubbie, and slip stitch the last two stitches into the corresponding two stitches on the other side of the scrubbie.
Cut yarn leaving a 6" tail. Weave in ends. Enjoy!
Scrubbies can be washed with like colors in the washing machine, lay flat to dry.
I hope y'all enjoy making these! If you have any questions, please message me and I will do my best to help! :)
